UCI Worlds comes to Yorkshire
In case you've still not heard, cycling is going to feature in a big way again this September as Yorkshire once again plays host to one of the biggest events on the world sporting calendar - the UCI World Road Championships.
North Yorkshire will be the focal point for the Championships where Harrogate host the finish of every race over the nine days of competition. West Yorkshire will also get its a fair share of the action with the Women’s Elite Road Race starting in Bradford on Saturday 28th and the Men’s Elite Road Race starting in Leeds and coming through the Wharfe Valley on Sunday 29th. The Championships will run from 22-29 September 2019. For details see worlds.yorkshire.com
